      We know that we aren't the cheapest professional cleaning company in town.  The fact is... we wouldn't want to be the cheapest.  If we were, we would have to clean like those companies do.  Rushing through your home, performing shoddy work, using inferior technicians, equipment and cleaning products. Nope, cheap cleaning is just not for us.  In fact, if all you want is cheap brush-the-dirt-off type carpet cleaning, we respectfully ask that you call someone else. There are many, many cheap carpet cleaning companies out there that will trip over themselves to get into your home.

Value vs. Cheap Price
  
   Quality carpet cleaning is really a question of value. You always get what you pay for.  We believe you get MORE for your money with Cleancare Inc. than with a company that advertises a cheap price. Which is more important to you, great value or an advertised cheap price (see our bait and switch info under "Pricing Info" tab)? 
   Here's what you can expect with many cheap carpet cleaners: Maybe you'll get a surly old guy that resembles Charles Manson. Maybe a high school drop-out. Maybe a rude college party animal. Maybe a rookie who is cleaning carpet for the second day in his life (he was just trained the day before). Maybe... just maybe, you'll actually get a good technician who knows what he's doing.  But how will you know who you'll get?  Regardless of who it is, workers for cheap carpet cleaning companies MUST either rush through you home and do a very inferior job, or they will endlessly upsell and drive you crazy with their bait-and-switch tactics. They have to do one or the other.  How could a company stay in business charging you $59.95, and spend more than 30 or 40 minutes in your home?  Fifty nine dollars does not cover wages, gas, equipment upkeep, vehicle payments, taxes, insurance, workmans comp, cleaning chemical costs... I mean really- how far can they stretch $59?  If he stays in your home more than 1/2 an hour, his company is losing money!
  They'll also give you:   Rapid re-soiling because they leave tons of soap in your carpet. Brittle and crunchy feeling carpet because they use cheap, harsh detergents not intended for carpet cleaning. Soaked carpet that is still wet 2 or 3 days after they leave. Spots that return after a couple of days because they don't really know how to get them out in the first place. Possible mold problems.  Bad odors.  Dinged up base boards and wall corners.  Scratched hardwood floors. Minimum Service Charge: $128.00
 
Carpet Cleaning:  
 
Residential:  $.50 / sq. foot. 
($.65 / sq. foot for rentals and other abused carpets needing scrub extraction. On sight quote required for such situations before cleaning- no phone quotes!)
 
$35.00 Trip Charge (for orders under $250.00) to following areas: South of Hampden (Hywy 285), east of Colorado Blvd., north of Berthoud city limits (CO 60) and Front Range Mountain Areas.                             
 
Commercial:  $.20 to .30 / sq. foot, depending on soiling.

Heavy Duty Vacuuming with our incredible TurboCat truck mounted vacuum cleaner:  $.07 / sq. foot.
 
Scotchgard Carpet Protector:   $.15 / per. sq. foot. 

Allergy Relief Treatment:  $.15 / per sq. foot. 

Spot Cleaning:  Most spots are included in the carpet sq. foot price or total upholstery price.  However, some carpets have an inordinate amount of spots which takes much more time and the use of far more cleaning products.  Obviously that is a greater cost to us and we must charge for such cases.
  • Urine, vomit and feces (both pet and human):  $10 per coffee cup size stain
  • Natural stains such as wine or juice:  $5.00 per stain
  • Synthetic dye stains such as kool-aid spills:  $10.00 per 6 inch treatment
  • Ink:  $5.00 per stain
  • Blood:  $5.00 per nickel size stain
  • Rust:  $5.00 per spot, $10.00 per linear foot (bottom of metal file cabinets), $20 per 1 ft diameter circle (metal planter)

Odor Removal:  Case-By-Case Basis Only
 
Tile and Grout Floor Cleaning with Steam:  $.95 / sq foot

NOTE: Thorough tile & grout steam cleaning takes off any existing sealing.  Grout must be re-sealed or it will stain and quickly become soiled.  Ceramic and porcelain tile does not need sealing- they are not porous materials.  However, natural stone such as marble, slate, limestone, travertine and granite are porous materials and MUST be re-sealed.  NEVER use the cheap stuff at your local big box store- it will not last and your expensive floors will suffer as will the value of your home!
